STRETCH & SOUND SANCTUARY

This is going to be a real treat for your mind, body & soul.

We will begin with gentle, soothing, yet highly effective stretches designed to release tension and stress from the body. We often hold onto physical and emotional stress without even realising it, and these guided stretches will help you feel more relaxed, more flexible and lighter from the inside out. You'll truly feel the benefits of letting go.

We'll then ease into a blissful sound bath, where you can completely relax and drift away to the beautiful, calming and nurturing sounds. Throughout the session, Reiki energy will be flowing all around you creating a deeply restorative and peaceful experience.
